Whats inside the Logbook?

All the excersises in the ProPilot Logbook take you on a journey that follows the analogy of a sailing ship. For a sailor to navigate over the ocean effectively, he has to know his current position, define a direction and according to that, plan the right course, taking wind and weather into account. But all of this doesn’t get the sailor to where he wants to be. When he knows the right course he then has to take action: setting the sails and get the ship ready to leave the harbour. Along the way a regular position check ensures we stay on course in the face of challenges (wind and weather)

This analogy can be applied to our lives. While navigating through the highs and lows of life a few simple tools will help you to stay on the right course.

In all of this it is not about being perfect. Its about heading into the right direction and growing along the way.
